Based in the heart of Derbyshire 

 

I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by fantastic local food producers and suppliers and work with them whenever possible. While the rolling Derbyshire hills might be quintessentially English, I'm inspired by recipes and ingredients from around the world. When I'm not cooking, or writing my family food blog, I love growing my own herbs and salads and something from my garden usually makes it's way into the dishes I serve. I also love to cook outdoors and any hint of sunshine will see us firing up our outdoor oven!
